As an IT Technician, it was important to respond to tickets on a timely manner. Frequently assisted clients remotely through the use of various applications. When needed, I also traveled to client sites to provide in-person assistance. This internship included working with different brands of computers, laptops, mobile phones, and printers on a daily basis.

On a daily basis, used the POS system to process sales, refund transactions, and complete returns. Maintained the store organized and appealing to customers. Also computed sales prices and total purchases. Along with this, also processed cash, credit & mobile payments, and gift card transactions. As a sales associate, it was important to leverage product knowledge to demonstrate features of benefits.

3D Modeler

Internship

Oct. 2021 – Dec. 2021

Frequently operated a drone to collect videos and images of objects and building structures from various angles. Utilized the software, Metashape, to combine the images and create 3D models. Regular group discussions were held remotely and were supervised by the leading faculty. Met deadlines while maintaining high quality deliverables.
